$0 Call Out Fee*
The “$0 Call Out Fee” applies only during standard business hours and to jobs located within the service areas listed on our website.
The fee covers attendance and initial assessment only.
If the customer proceeds with quoted works, no call-out fee applies.
If the customer declines the quoted works, a standard service/inspection fee may apply to cover time on site.
We’ll Arrive In Under 1 Hour*
The 1-hour arrival time is a target response time, not a guarantee, and applies only to:
Emergency call-outs
Jobs booked between 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday
Locations within our primary service radius (Melbourne Metro)
Arrival times may be affected by:
Traffic
Weather
Job load
Unforeseen emergencies
In these situations, arrival may exceed 1 hour.
No Fix, No Fee*
“No Fix, No Fee” applies only when the technician is unable to provide a solution to the electrical issue.
This policy does not apply when:
The issue can be fixed but the customer refuses the quote
The fault is intermittent and cannot be replicated during the visit
The issue is caused by an external factor (power company outage, builder damage, third-party equipment failure, etc.)
The customer requests diagnostics only
The problem sits outside the technician’s scope of work or requires specialised equipment
If the fault is diagnosed and a solution is provided, normal rates apply.
General Conditions
All offers are subject to technician availability.
Pricing is subject to the size, scope, and complexity of the job.
Quotes must be accepted by the customer before work begins.
After-hours, weekends, and public holidays may attract additional charges.
By booking a service, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
